The Gold Package includes a Wireless intruder alarm Control Panel which will be installed within the general entrance area to your property. The panel has a built-in keypad and LCD screen which allows you to easily set and un-set the system from this point.
For extra ease of use, the Gold Package is also complete with two wireless remote key fobs which can be used to set/un-set the system, part set the system (for example a night setting) and trigger a panic alarm. The system's intruder detection devices consists of two wireless door contacts and four internal passive infra-red detectors.

| What happens if I have a problem with my alarm? |
The system will receive two planned preventative maintenance visits per year (one remote service visit) where one of our engineers will service the system as to ensure it remains in full working order at all times.
You will also have access to our 24 hour emergency call out service and will have priority service over any non-maintained site. The system is covered under Guarantee where in the event of product failure it will be replaced free of charge for the term of the agreement. |

| What happens when the alarm activates? |
The package includes an external Arrest 24:7 wireless sounder which will produce a siren and flashing strobe in the event of a break-in.
The Gold Package also includes a decoy sounder which will be installed to the rear of the property to ensure any would-be intruder knows you are protected no matter what way they attack from.
The system will also be connected to our 24 hour manned alarm receiving centre in Glasgow (ARC) who will contact you or any other person holding keys to your property and inform them that an activated has occurred. The Gold Package also includes a Police Unique Reference Number (URN) which enables automatic Police response in the event of activation ensuring ultimate protection for you and your family. |

Arrest 24:7 domestic alarm systems are one of very few systems which connect your alarm systems and the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) together using the latest in wireless digital communications.
This means NO MORE EXPENSIVE '0845' CALLS VIA YOUR PHONE LINE which other companies will not tell you about until you get the expensive bills in from your provider! It also means that no more un-sightly wired connection between the control panel and the closest phone line point is required. | Ok, this sounds great! But what is it going to cost me? |
To receive an Arrest 24:7 Gold Security System as detailed above we will require a £299.00 deposit. On receipt of the deposit we will be in touch with the Direct Debit paper work for you to sign which is for the on-going maintenance and monitoring agreement where you will pay £35.00 per month via direct debit.
This cost includes your planned service visits, the monitoring of the alarm system and access to our 24 hour emergency call out service. The service and monitoring agreement is for a minimum period of 36 months and can be cancelled thereafter with 3 months notification.
