Terms and conditions
Please find below our standard terms and conditions for your acceptance.
Alarm Installer Glasgow Arrest 24:7 is a trading name of Arrest Fire & Security Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (#SC328328) located at:
  Block 1,
Units 1 & 2,
Oakbank Industrial Estate,
Glasgow,
United Kingdom,
G20 7LU
'The Agreement' is between Arrest 24:7 and 'The Customer'.

'The Customer' is the defined as the name and address of the premises where 'The System'installation will take place.

'The System' means the system installed a the customers premises by Arrest 24:7 including any additions to, or modifications of any such system made by Arrest 24:7.

1) Acceptance & Payment

a) The Customer agree's to pay Arrest 24:7 a deposit of £99.00, £199.00 or £299.00, inclusive of vat, for the installation of Bronze, Silver or Gold Package Residential Security System at their address.
b) The maintenance and monitornig charge will be payable monthly in advance via Direct Debit.
c) If charges are not paid in full on the due date interest will be charged at 5% each month.
d) The Customer is responsible for any cost of electricity used by The System.
e) If for whatever reason The Customer does not pay Arrest 24:7 the full value then The Customer must give Arrest 24:7 engineers access to the premises to recover the equipment.

2) Period and Termination
a) This agreement shall continue for a minimum period of 36 months and shall automatically renew for consecutive additional periods of five (1) years each thereafter unless and until terminated by either party giving to the other three months' notice of termination with effect from the expiry of such minimum period set out above.

3) Installation
a) The Customer will obtain all necessary consents and permissions for the installation of the system and will be responsible for any reinstatement or redecoration together with the cost thereof which is necessary following the installation, inspection, testing, adjusting or repair of the system.

4)
The Customer's Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
a) Pay Arrest 24:7 the monthly maintenance and monitoring charge on the due dates
b) Not alter or interfere with the system in any way
c) Notify Arrest 24:7 immediately in te event of any damage or fault to the system

5) Arrest 24:7's Obligations
Provided The Customer is not in breach of any obligation Arrest 24:7 agrees to:
a) Ensure the system is kept in full working condition during the period of the agreement.
b) Warrant all parts for the period of Agreement
c) Provide planned preventative maintenance visits for the period of the Agreement
d) Provide 24 hour emergency call out service for the period of the Agreement

6)
General
a) Arrest 24:7 will retain sole ownership of The System for the duration of The Agreement until it has been paid in full including 3 month termination where applicable.
b) Arrest 24:7 have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage which may arise in any way from any malfunction or defect in the system provided that The Customer had not brought such malfunction or defect to the attention of Arrest 24:7 in reasonable time previous to the occurence of the event from which loss or damage arose and could not reasonably have been discoverd by Arrest 24:7 while carrying out it's obligations under clause 5 above.
c) Arrest 24:7 have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage which may arise in any way from the failure of Arrest 24:7's part to carry out its obligations here under if occasioned by war (declared or not), fire, flood, interruption of transportation, embargo, accident, explosion, inhability to produce or shortage of parts or materials, export or import restrictions, government orders, regulations, restrictions priorities or rationing, or by strikes or lock outs.
d) Any relaxation, indulgence or concessions granted or made by Arrest 24:7 shall not in anyway affect or prejudice its rights hereunder
e) This agreement shall in all respects be construed by the laws of Scotland
f) This agreement may be assigned by Arrest 24:7 by not assigned by The Customer.
